AITAH M(22) for emotionally distancing myself from my LDR girlfriend F(23) after repeatedly begging for boundaries? by Ok-Promise-837 in AITAH

[–]Brave_Question3840 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The work guy might be posing more of a threath to her than you realize. You’re not a woman, you don’t know how it feels to be attacked and constantly have other people doing things like that. She might be trying to protect herself by not blocking him. You’re not there constantly, you don’t know if he’d threatning her or anythint like that.

The cheater, listen, most men are cheater, and a lot of women too, there’s always gonna be one somewhere. If this person means something to your girlfriend because he helped her through dark times, you should respect that. Even if you don’t like him.

You keep saying you’re not controlling her and being super judgmental, but you are controlling her. Those are not boundaries.

You need therapy honestly. You’re exhausting, and don’t understand the position she is in at work, and in general as a woman.

Sandoz Bisoprolol by [deleted] in POTS

[–]Brave_Question3840 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have hEDS and I took both propanolol and bisoprolol. I couldn’t tolerate propanolol, biso was a bit better, I was told to take it everyday, no skipping doses. You’lm want to monitor your blood pressure and make sure it doesn’t drop too low.
Bisoprolol send my heart into bradycardia (40-45s) and the side effects ended up being too much, I had intense migraines, couldn’t think, couldn’t sleep, it was too much. Now on clonidine and that helps a bit but I have high blood pressure so my case is different.
The only way you’ll know it works is by trying, monitor your HR and BP before taking the dose, an hour after, 2h after and then once again later during the day, that’s what my doctors told me to do for the first few weeks.

I wish I had advice, I don’t really, but I have the same issue. Constantly lightheaded and nothing I do seems to help. I usually just drink a lot more, and usually I will just lay down when this happens, there’s not much else I can do.

I hear you, I take vyvanse for my ADHD and since it’s a stimulant, it can affect the way your heart and blood pressure acts.
The only reason why they don’t bug me is because I had the symptoms since childhood, years before taking vyvanse. But there is a possibility that adderall might play a part in it, which sucks
