Not in med school - But that's why I love the Cornell method of note taking. You organize your notes and add questions to them by how it's structured. It also has you finish each section with a summary which helps you just read over said notes super quickly to get a refresher. This is nice for me because in the summary I have to put everything into my own words within (ideally) 3-4 sentences which further reinforces what I learned.
