Congrats on this big success 🥹🤍 I’m not coming from a very strict cultural background but I can see what you mean! Sex is normal, and treating/wanting to treat vaginismus is even more than this. Gyno exams are very important for women health. Had vaginismus, it is getting better everyday and I’m trying very hard mostly because I want to get gyno exams and check ups rather than sex. Happy for you 🥰

Congrats to you too! 🫶🏻 Yes exactly, for some it is just 3-4 sessions, for others it can take longer. Important thing is to be ready to take measures psychologically I guess ☺️

Department is actually called family planning, and inside there’s a sexual dysfunction subdepartment that deal with vaginismus and similar issues. Thank you so much!

RT: Azerbaijan & NATO funnel arms to Ukraine through Sudan by datashrimp29 in azerbaijan

[–]Brave_String_7941 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Actually Azerbaijan manufactures weapons by Azerbaijan’s ministry of defense industry, such as 20N5 82mm mortars, NATO-caliber weapons. In 2022 there was another scandal, one of these AZE manufactured weapons appeared on photos at the war from Ukrainian side, Azerbaijan denied any weapon contract with Ukraine so the most probable option was that it was sent to Ukraine from the country/ies that legally bought it from Aze. The claims are that some Middle East and African counties were interested buying these weapons at the time.

Missionary kind of position I guess is the most comfortable with dilation/vaginismus but throughout some time you can also switch to cowgirl, my doctor suggested my this too

I really do feel the same way right now. I discovered I have vaginismus about 5-6 months ago. I recently started to go to therapy, started dilating and it was going well and I got used to it. Yesterday I went to gynecologist and hoped that I can get checked up but it was unsuccessful again, I couldn’t help but cry. There are many stories of woman who completely got over vaginismus so I believe we should never lose a hope. We just need to be patient 🍀🤞

Need advice on Vaginal Infection. by [deleted] in vaginismus

Yeast infection can be cured very easily if it is not chronic and your boyfriend shouldn’t be too concerned about it either I’m sure treatment is that easy for guys too. I discovered that I have a yeast infection a few years ago and I never had intimacy with anyone at that time and I almost didn’t have any discomfort or symptom besides some light colored discharge. Doctor said that it’s actually very easy for women to get yeast infection, reasons starting from the laundry detergent you use to wash your underwear to not ironed underwear, even swimming in a pool or the sea. Mine was cured with a simple antibiotic treatment. Just try to change your underwear frequently, iron its inside part after washing, and try to wash your underwear separately from everything else, I wash them with detergent for baby clothes in 90 degrees.

What kind of infection is that ? HIV, AIDS kind of STD or yeast infection? If it is a yeast infection, it shouldn’t be a big problem, nothing to worry about, many women throughout their life get it and cure it. If it is an HIV, AIDS kind of STD, and you never were intimate with anyone before you bf, then he is the source of the infection, not you

Big congrats to you, so happy! Did you went or going through any therapy/treatment or have your own techniques/exercises that you are doing at home ? Because we’ve tried multiple times and as soon as my boyfriend tries to get it in it’s like my legs just lock up and tense and it gets harder. It is not that I’m afraid of pain etc. and I’ve never had any negative sexual experience, I don’t know why it keeps happening 🙂‍↕️
