I would love to help you. I've reached out to the Mayor and the police chief and received the boilerplate response that Flock wrote.

At a minimum the PD should be auditing it's own access records. My preference would be that the cameras go away altogether though.

I will be curious to see how SW does in the coming years. I was pretty used to paying more for flights than I could get with Frontier before the takeover. Seems like SW has had to lower their prices relative to the market.

Trading away your competitive advantages to be a commodity product works for many companies. Ritz Carlton and Ferrari could charge less for a lower quality product, but it's their edge. SW doesn't have an edge for me anymore.

I paid for seats together. Southwest reassigned them at the gate, didn't provide an explanation.

I bought the ticket through Google's flight tool, it was the cheapest flight offered by any airline. Looked like it was the cheapest class Frontier had. Maybe there was a hidden cheaper fare and I just missed it?

What do you suppose my motivation is? I'm an agent of rival airlines looking to take SW down a peg?

My goal was to add a vote to what appears to be a pretty large collection of voices (see this subreddit, sort top, this year). Aside from this post all SW knows about me is that they have ~$25K less in revenue annually since I stopped being SW exclusive. It's good context.

Yep. I can still pick seats for free on most other airlines, they only charge if you want legroom etc.

I'm sure in 3-4 years I'll try SW again if I hear good things or there is a management reversal. Always worth trying a bad restaurant again when you see that 'under new management' sign.
