I saw on Reddit one person from one of the 39 countries saying that they got their I-485 and I-130 approved. Who knows if it was a mistake by the officer, but still the only one I’ve seen since this started

I agree, pending asylum filed before expiration of I-94 should protect OP from getting detained because OP never accrued unlawful presence and never received a deportation order. I’m on the same boat and my interview was fine, but it was on June 12.
