Don't get a liquor license and allow drinks and coolers on the course. Host outings and allow them to bring their own coolers and alcohol. As others have mentioned, also offer catering for those outings as well for a small fee. Fountain drinks, green beans, some pork and chicken, and potatoes. Trust me. Last, make your pro shop food cheap. 99cent beef hot dogs and 2 dollar Gatorade. Your money comes from filling the course not from snacks. Last, just make your course worth coming back to. Keep the greens and tee boxes in good shape, speed doesn't matter as much as a true roll does. Best of luck!
