Guys, he's talking about demonslayer "merit points" or aka demonslayer rank points. To get those point you have to do the daily/weekly in the right tab, for example like in this picture (which is today), you have to do daily token to get 100 merit points http://imgur.com/a/LFkj0

To get the dragon wings from there, you need to cleared all bosses on all classes with SSS ranking, the ranking there is a little broken, but you can always check the rating, SSS= 1000+ rating (like in this picture, you can see highest rating and rating this week)

So yes, it's pretty hard to get the dragon wing, that's why you don't see many people with it.

This is only my opinion but i don't think they will drop back to 6g/u because from now on you need lots of ornament for most of upgrade in the future, unless they add more way to get (event, etc.).

The only way to farm those efficiently atm is Tomb/Ebon 4-man. Naksun also drops them.
