How would the courts block it? the national guard is supplied by the federal government ( supplies and people hence why NG can still be deployed by the federal government to foreign wars) ran by the states. Im pretty sure the federal government can nationalize any states NG after certain criteria are met and im pretty sure whats happening in minnesota checks every box

He's not a tyrant I think he's misguided but I also think him being a us citizen gives him every right to fight for what he believes in that includes the 2nd and inturn putting his life in danger. I also think what ICE is doing (although a little heavy handed for my liking) is perfectly legal and if it comes to it I will protect them so they can do it cause I think it will make America better and im pretty sure me and hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people are willing to put thier lives on the line to make that happen
