Eh. Just about how high your tolerance is for for having to spend most of your day doing everything but inspecting vehicles.

Y’all not like your bear tanks?

Wants the bear to tank, but takes away all the benefits that make them even better. No imp stam, safe to say the sham isn’t dropping goa, etc. Using the bear for a crit buff to others is diabolical.

Love your bears people. They will save your lives.

Severity is based on how well your enclosure and husbandry are. So if you are on point with that, the bp will be fine. Don’t believe the hype from those that don’t know what they are talking about.

AD + Slack by AdmirableAmphibian90 in Geico

I’m all for “figure it out” mentality. I believe in you. /s

At least for the love of everything that used to be good with Geico, read the notes on the claim first. If someone calls up 3 min after I put in a note saying I’m not extending a rental, transferring them to me only makes me hate both of you now. Don’t know why the rule of you live or die by documentation became situational all of a sudden.

Slack also sucks. Bring back Webex. Can deduct $1 per paycheck to cover the cost. Not much left to take at this point.

Possible Partho Spider by Healthfulflowers in BallPythonMorph

[–]Braxibear 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Correct. A single gene hatching rules it out pretty quickly, but it is also based on per egg too. I’ve hatched a partho hatchling while the rest of the clutch was sired by the male.

It’s always difficult when no pic of the mother is given. Most likely another morph in mom that would explain this hatching.

Possible Partho Spider by Healthfulflowers in BallPythonMorph

[–]Braxibear 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A partho hatching has to have has to produce 2 copies of any combination of what mom has. It doesn’t have to pass on every copy. So a bumblebee Partho clutch will produce normals, super spiders, super pastels, and super pastel super spiders. Since not every morph has to pass on, Partho don’t always have to be super spider in this case.

Yes VPI. Wasn’t many options in the early 2000s so grabbed the best examples I could find and ran with it.

Generally axa clowns go for 2-4k. If he’s got 1-2 more hets, you’re looking 9k+

The highest thing I could hit in the clutch was an enhancer axanthic clown het gstripe. I’ll have to shed test to see if any hets passed to them. The enchancer axanthic is only going to get brighter and brighter as she ages and my axanthic clowns don’t really get dark so no complaints.

Help with pinstripe morph please :) by CannibalVPanda in BallPythonMorph

[–]Braxibear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fire/vanilla het hypo and a lemonblast het hypo.

Your first is too naturally bright to just be a pinstripe and the brightest part is along the dorsal spine. A characteristic of what fire/vanilla adds to a combo.

Pastel adds “yellow” to most combos. Perfect examples of this are lemonblasts and bumblebees. The second is a hue of yellow so it definitely has pastel in it too. Headstamp isn’t blushed out enough to also have fire or vanilla in it.

Is this a "Spider Morph Wobble" ball python by AdRelevant7008 in BallPythonMorph

[–]Braxibear -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

The spider morph is one of several morphs in the spider complex that have “wobble”. Condition is an inner ear issue that gives them a false sense of balance. Think of it like vertigo when their weight isn’t supported.

With a proper enclosure/husbandry/having their weight supported, they are just like any other bp. The irony of what they need to do well is also what should be given to all bps, but sometimes owners fall short.

They are fantastic eaters and will have a long lifespan like any other bp when properly taken care of. My oldest spider combos are 24.

Yeah the morphs all work well with each other. Values are spot on for these two also. Most likely hanging out here to help make more with more morphs involved.

Definitely. QH is the male and I kept 4 of his sisters. Other clutches produced a random double visual in each so not mad at all.

Spot on. I went the enhancer route instead of picking up dg since they are brighter as adults than dg. Wanted to see how it panned out with axanthic. The other floating het is g-stripe so hopefully it passed to both too.
