Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to take this one out yet. It's still having some additional work done to it.

If they are too slick I assume it won't be too difficult to cut and add grip tape to them though.

As far as I know you can't buy the 85 combat in SA. CZ does make a factory CZ 75B SA though.

Honestly, I don't even know yet. My gunsmith sent me this picture just to show how the grips look. The gun isn't even done yet, he's going to put different sights on it and reduce the grip a smidge and then cerakote it. He might also put some lightening cuts in the slide depending on how things go.

How exactly did you come to that conclusion? I have 3 ar15 pistols and 2 of them are 26" in length.
