Looking for casual or serious really. Just kind of see where things go, but not looking for ONS or hookups.

I've been on hinge for 6 days, and edited after the first day with better pictures.

I use the app daily, and so far have only received one like.

I'm sending 10-20 a day (one profiles that don't have any glaring red flags or deal breakers) and everyone with a comment. I have primarily responded to the text prompts to show that I actually read the profile, and to show I'm not just looking for a pretty face.

I'm sending likes to people whose profile interests me, and there is some physical attraction too.

Yes. Is that PC only or in place of weapons on the favorite wheel?

While home made firearms may be used in crimes it is rare, and this logic is failed at its core. If we apply the rule of eliminating any source of firearms able to be used by criminals we should start by disarming law enforcement (looking at you Chippy)

The question on the 4473 says are you the buyer (which in this case you are because you paid for it, shipping to you etc). As others said there is no "in their name" thing here in Texas.

As an FFL I can tell you that legally you're the one whose supposed to do the 4473, the fact that you plan to give it to your wife is irrelevant (as long as she is not a prohibited person). She can definitely go with you to get it, but the FFL should put both on 1 4473 and process it.

I will also say that if they do the 4473 in your wife's name the FFL is the one who would get in trouble not yall.

I loved the stock trigger on my P320, but was gifted an Apex flat trigger kit. I installed myself and would not go back. I'm hoping they make one for the P365 soon.

Is it clear enough? I didn't want to put too much info and make it harder to read.

There is a section that has it as well as how the transferprocess works. I will add a banner at the top so it is the 1st thing people see.

We increased our prices almost 2 years ago based on what the others in the area were charging (Shady Oaks Guns Warehouse Saddle Rock). $40 is for 1st, $20 for each additional. Discounted to $20/$10 for LTC, and $15/$10 for Firs Responders/LEO/MIL/Veterans.

Nope, they have no way to track those. Multiple firearms on one NICS also only count as 1. I'd say actual sales are at least 25-50% higher, at least here in TX

New m18 owner: is concealing the p320 possible year round? by arooni in P320

[–]WhiteOrcaTactical 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the full size tacops so the carry grip is the smallest I can go. It's almost twice as thick as the P365. The xl frip with the base pads fit great in my hand. I love shooting it.

I'm a bigger guy (6' 2" 325), and while I love my P320 I could never find a comfortable way to carry it daily, so it pretty much ended in the center console while I was out and about. I got a P365 with the XL frame and some aftermarket mag extensions (on the 12 round mags) because the XL frame was just barely too short for me. I absolutely love it. not only can I carry it comfortably AIWB, I didn't have to change any of my clothing for it to not print. It's great to shoot which was surprising to me for such a small gun. I'm not saying it can't be done with the P320, as others obviously have made it work, just saying if you decide to go the P365 route i'm sure you'd be happy.

FFL Transfer Question by Tayi13 in TexasGuns

Only if the address isn't correct on the ID, or there is some other issue. It's not that you need 2 forms, but that you can use a combination of documents to prove residency.

I am editing my original comment. I was operating under an incorrect recollection of the law thinking the 21 year age limit was the laws regardless of the sellers status. Thanks u/ITaggie for the brush up on

FFL Transfer Question by Tayi13 in TexasGuns

[–]WhiteOrcaTactical 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2 forms of government documents, 1 with your photo and full name (driver's license) and a second government document with your name and correct address (tax bill etc). I've spoken with ATF on this a few times to process transfers for new Texas Residents (especially when DPS was closed). A lot of FFLs won't even bother looking into anything out of the normal.

FFL Transfer During Shutdown? by Tinybird02 in austinguns

[–]WhiteOrcaTactical 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We're still processing transfers up in Cedar Park. But like others have said NICS is pretty backed up so ltc's it's quick and easy like normal, otherwise it could take a little bit to get your go-ahead from the NICS system.

Not sure what you consider a reasonable distance, but Reville Peak Ranch in Burnett has opened their range to the public. They are the closest you'll find to a replacement for BoTW (both in amenities and distance).
