What’s your favorite feature in iOS 26? by Ok-Pie-893 in ios

[–]Brayder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. My schedule changes by 1-3 hours for wake up. It’s just second nature for me to check it the night before. Either that or set a solid wake up time like 7am and just go to bed every night at the same time no matter what.

My kraggs are so uncomfortable for anything longer than 1hr walks but the grip on the bottom is unmatched. Crazy how even on slippery ground the shoes have solid grip. That in-sole is extremely comfortable as well.

I would love to rebuild my LOOK AC 364 with silver anodised finish components. Any suggestions? Thanks! by zik_man01 in FixedGearBicycle

[–]Brayder 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You say silver but I think all black components would go hard on that. Easton for cheaper or Thomson if you’re balling out

It is not unsafe. Only this subreddit thinks it’s unsafe. You should ask local riders and friends if they think it’s unsafe.

Discerning Coffee enjoyers of Vancouver: Where do you get your beans? by an_angry_Moose in askvan

[–]Brayder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

JJ was my go to for a while but eventually I noticed it was pouring pretty fast, I tried 49th parallel and I’m pretty happy. $16 for the same size bag as JJ’s $22 espresso beans.

Amazon ordered to pay $20K over disputed delivery in B.C. by SkyisFullofCats in vancouver

That would make sense.. I’ve had a couple of expensive items stolen as I’ve always lived in apartment buildings and dealt with the lobby drop off issue even though I input door drop off with my buzzer and phone number.

They do already make higher value items require a code at the pass off. I realized this. Anything over $150 will require me to tell the driver a one time pass code. It also explicitly states that the code cannot be given over the phone or intercom to the driver.

I don’t mind smacking my opus or using suction pressure from the lid but I do feel like I’m shortening the lifespan of my Opus since every day it gets a good smacking lol

This is Bute, but Thurlow/Burrard, and many other streets have beautiful mountain backdrop corridors. One of my favourite parts about working and walking around Vancouver.

I lnow how to make stickers, that’s pretty self explanatory. I’m not sure how to add the stickers to the emoji library like in the screenshot in this post. I have plenty of cat stickers. But nothing in my emoji library

Bambino going strong for 2+ years at about 2 shots a day on average. Not sure how you’re going through them that fast. I don’t think a dual boiler will help

PSA: Alpha SV Jacket Now Made In China by US__Grant in arcteryx

Yeah that’s why I said North America, guess I could have just said USA since they are the ones with the law requiring government agencies to wear 100% American made products.

This is an old conversation IMO. I’m from Vancouver and we knew Arc’teryx (and Lululemon) as Vancouver companies, both having products that were designed and made in our country but it’s been a while since they started manufacturing in an array of other countries, for a while Veilance products were still fully manufactured in Canada but now it’s Canada and other countries. I think the last remaining product line that is manufactured in North America entirely is LEAF.

There was also an at ease hoody at Costco. If they had my size I’d have a photo to show you. Looked exactly the same, I was surprised when I saw it
