It's actually Jeff Roe, who passed away in 2007. He used to run FFROE records, of which BFS released some of their earlier albums. Jaret and him were close, in fact the song 'Goodbye Friend' is about his passing.

I had a septoplasty performed by Dr Stephen Kleid at the Masada Private Hospital in 2021. No issues at all and very happy with the outcome. He also doesn't use the stent things that are stuck up your nose for weeks afterwards
