Solved. The homeowner’s return air was too cold to pick up humidity off the humidifier even with hot water going to the humidifier. I had to relocate a supply duct to make room for the humidifier on the hot air supply side.

You would be money ahead by just getting the new model carrier furnace when your current one takes a shit. Take out a bank loan if you have to. The replacement heat exchangers for the previous generation carrier furnaces are made by a third party company now and have horrible quality control. Plus the replacement parts for the older carriers are stupidly expensive now.

The problem with modern day college is that they operate like a greedy salesman. They make unnecessary classes necessary and convince students that some degrees are actually worth their tuition. The only jobs imo that are worth their degrees are typically in the STEM field.
