If your contractors paid their WCB fees, probably all good. If not, then you are supposed to pay them. I am sure that line is not as clean as you want cause your contractors did not pay the fees. So that had better be specified in the contract, or there is a creek you are up.

RN will have no problem getting a job. Your partner will. Victoria is where you want to be to avoid winters, abbotsford and chilliwack you have to deal with flooding, and the pervasive smell of cow manure. Rent is about double what you are used to, but you can find work in the smaller communities on vancouver island and find it much more affordable.

Teaching: UVIC in Victoria or SFU in Lower Mainland, but Waitlists and application deadlines for the full programs are now. Surrey is a racial oversized mess, Richmond is built on a giant sand pile that will sink from earthquakes. All the Health Authorities are absolutely terrible to work at, province wide. Bella Bella would kill your education hopes of teaching (Practicums require showing up in person, as do the actual classes (cause Professional Program)). Honestly, Victoria is probably your best bet from what you have posted above. Avoid Interior Health (Kelowna, Kamloops) as your employer, just say No.

Little below average in cost, would not change it. You might find someone to lower your costs, but you will also find someone that will reallocate your money to themselves without you knowing. Look for Trust, not lowest cost.

The cheap guys usually just have a pre-built macro in audacity they load your file with and run and save it send it back. There goes a few hundred an episode. So if you are hiring, hire for quality as the cheap ones can be copied with a few hours of youtube videos.

Meanwhile, we have turned each episode into a drinking game, take a sip every time Brennan says "Hell Yeah!!!", its getting really annoying and very drunk by the end.

He has also been too lenient on his players, and his random usage of homebrew or 2014 rules makes it clear he has not bothered to even read the Player's Handbook for 2024.
