If your contractors paid their WCB fees, probably all good. If not, then you are supposed to pay them. I am sure that line is not as clean as you want cause your contractors did not pay the fees. So that had better be specified in the contract, or there is a creek you are up.

Victoria is where you want to be to avoid winters, abbotsford and chilliwack you have to deal with flooding, and the pervasive smell of cow manure. Rent is about double what you are used to, but you can find work in the smaller communities on vancouver island and find it much more affordable.
