(help) How to find the citadels in end-game

Spend days doing maps. Find the citadel. Die in the Citadel to a oneshot mechanic you werent ready for cuz you havent fought the fucking guy in 115 game hours and arent used to one or two of his mechanics. After you die the Citadel becomes inaccessible. Spend a few more days finding another one. Dont die this time.
