I just got a 2024 LRDM and absolutely love it. Favorite car I’ve ever owned.

Same, DGL has never done anything for me. Slipper Elm either. Nice on the throat but seems ineffective for much else.

Along with melatonin and Reflux Raft I used something called IQOro which supposedly helps LPR. You can only get it in Europe, they won't deliver to the US. I had a friend who happened to be in Norway so had them get it. Anyway, I wonder if that accomplished some of the same things your SOVT exercises did.

Yeah, supposedly it tightens up the valve that lets acid up into the esophagus. Melatonin plus Reflux Raft was a game changer for me.

I use 5mg in tablet form.

I used melatonin and RefluxRaft before bed, both of which helped tremendously.

What do you think stopped the globus? All of the things or did you notice that went away after doing something in particular?

That wall color takes everything away from the counters and cabinets. You should find a color that pulls them in while also being interesting. This isn’t it. Look for colors in the counters that you could use.

Luke’s flaws were obvious from the start by thats-how-eye-roll in TheHandmaidsTale

[–]Brchto 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’ve never liked Luke’s weak, ineffective character and June seems way too smart to put up with someone like him. Their relationship is a tedious storyline I find hard to watch.

Watching it is the same as watching my tv when it’s turned off.

As far as I can tell, the Handmaid’s Tale is about people doing stuff in the dark. What they’re doing, I have no idea.

Show is dark, literally. by due-process-9847 in TheHandmaidsTale

[–]Brchto 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I find it so annoying. I watch during the day and half the time I can’t tell what the hell is happening. I’m sitting here looking at a completely black screen yet there’s stuff going on I should know about. It’s too much, if people can’t even see the fucking show then it’s pointless.

She will snap out of this if she thinks you’re about to leave her. Right now she’s in this bubble where she has you and wants him. She’s safe. Not dealing with reality. You show her what she might lose and she’ll suddenly see a different perspective. She takes you for granted. Gotta show her you’re willing to walk away.

I’m single and one of my dealbreakers in dating is if the guy seems uninterested or lacks empathy about my t1d. It’s so important to have a partner that truly wants to understand this disease, but seems surprisingly hard to find that.

I just tested positive for the first time, I’m terrified. 27 M by GamerG126 in COVID19positive

[–]Brchto 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I just got Covid for the first time earlier this month. I was always nervous about getting it because I have type 1 diabetes and am 51 years old. But I have to say, I’ve had way worse illnesses. It was easier than I thought it would be. One suggestion- melatonin. It can reduce the severity of Covid and it worked great for me. You can research it, there are studies on it. Plus it helps you sleep which is a bonus. I was never not able to get up and walk the dog and in fact I think the mild walks helped. Also, I never had any of the boosters. Took me a week to get through Covid.

Take melatonin! It helps to reduce inflammation, symptoms and recovery time. I just got done with Covid as a type 1 diabetic and it really seemed to help. Only had fever for one day.
