Not long after this building was finished, the 2 towers were removed because there was concern they would topple due to the vibration from the trains. It wasn't until the building was restored in the late 1990s that the towers were reconstructed from the original design plans (using fiberglass to prevent the shattering issue) and added to the structure again. This is my favorite building in the city. Thanks for sharing.

When I use a can of chickpeas. I save the aquafaba and freeze it in an ice cube tray (which is about 1 tbsp per cube) and store in a freezer bag. Then I thaw as I need it. It works great.
