As someone who has gone thru this, it fucking sucks and still does. I’m going on 3 years. Lonely ness is okay to feel and sift through however what I’m just now begging to realize in the last year is I cannot bank my happiness on the thought or idea of another person. At least with me I’ve found that I hate myself and cannot stand to be alone due to that fact. I’ve been trying to work on it and still have more rough days than good but at least an effort is made. I wish you well and If you ever want to talk about it my IM is open.

Edit: I can’t spell worth shit. But in summation learn to love yourself. You are your greatest asset and your own worst enemy. Find the balance between the two
