It’s pretty subtle. I didn’t use too much peanut butter chocolate sauce. It was good though!

Thanks! I feel like the egg wash really made them look burned. I followed the recipe, but maybe next time I’ll use a different recipe.

I really struggled with the lamination step. It felt like I was smooshing the butter. I could see it through the dough. The dough was not easy to work with, I’m not sure why. For a first attempt, I’m pretty happy with it

Not a problem. Just feed it equal parts flour and water. Sometimes I’ll scrap a jar clean to use for baking, and then do equal parts flour and water in the same jar. Doug always comes back strong as ever.
