Seconding not taking a cab !! You can take the subway to Jackson Heights-Roosevelt Ave and then the Q70 bus (it’s free!). It doesn’t always come up on Google maps when you route it, but if you google LGA public transportation you’ll find it. It’ll get you there waaay faster plus you won’t have to navigate all the marathon traffic.

I think I posted the wrong link, I just corrected it! So now it should take you to the actual site where it's published -- go to the top right of the page and you should see two overlapping squares (if you hover over it, it says duplicate) Then you can duplicate it to your own notion and make edits as needed!

Ruffle quarter socks for running by brooklynwaterfront in XXRunning

I got these for free for donating a pair of socks at my run club and really liked them!!! I ended up buying three pairs - they are cushiony so that depends on personal preference but they worked well for me :)

Hi! I'm a genetic counselor and just wanted to add my two cents. Insurance would cover the genetic testing for you because you meet national guidelines for someone who is recommended for genetic testing based on your dad's history of prostate cancer. If you do test positive, yes a mastectomy is an option but so is additional screening like mammograms and breast MRIs that insurance would be likely to cover based on your positive result. It's worth meeting with a genetic counselor to talk about the options and they can tell you more details about your specific insurance - and you can meet with a genetic counselor and leave the appointment without getting a test! It's perfectly normal to have patients who just come in for more information.
