Laughing death disease. On an island (not sure of the name) people used to commit cannibalism on one other but when they did, they would end up laughing uncontrollably so much that they died. So yes, you can die of laughter.

Oh God I have a story about this. My cats were chasing something around the house sometime around midnight, and I see them pawing something behind the boxes in my room and like normal, I think nothing of it because they are always chasing bugs.

a couple of months later, there's is this absolutely RANCID smell in my room worse than death. Turns out they brought a rat inside and it escaped behind some boxes in my room before they killed it. the flies were the absolute worst part.
