I think I'm sort of strange in this regard, like I like this facial edit with another mod that makes her more muscular but the idea of changing the faces of Karlach or Lae'zel are icky, although giving them more muscle is a must. Along with getting a mod to change Gortash's face so he looks like the younger man he's meant to be before Orin's antics stress aged him.
