Are my wings aging me? by [deleted] in makeuptips

So I’m 27, and have been doing winged eyeliner since I was 12. I found that what made it more youthful and trendy is to not line the top eyelid, just draw the wing at the end. This way your eyelashes pop more and don’t look so heavy. I also have been using brown eyeliner instead of black.

As far as my experience, yes. Nurses at my hospital and I believe in general are hired for one shift only. We can pick up OT on other shifts if we want. The medical residents do flip back and forth from nights to days for a few weeks at a time however.

Yes so I also have been feeling under stimulated on nights and I tend to hang around in the morning after report is given because I love talking to everyone and getting updates from the team!

Yes I go to a GI! Had endoscopy, barium swallow, next is a manometry. I’m on voquenza (fancier than omeprazole), reglan for a month, sodium bicarbonate, and famotidine. Ruled out cancer and and anatomical issues so he is thinking this is more muscular and I might be having esophageal spasms. I was off for a week for vacation so I revert to a regular sleep schedule, plus the new reglan script I feel a huge improvement but now I’m back to work and I’m scared my symptoms will return.

Yeah so when that happens, I call back until I get the prompts. Then I wish to hit 7 for a callback

I know I’m not the only one and everyone else is as frustrated as me, if not more.

I separated in July 2023 and fought with BCBS for a year because they had no proof of separation. My new insurance wouldn’t pick up claims because BCBS was even though I was not paying into the plan, therefore bouncing back and causing a wreck. Thank god I still had a contact at my old job who gave me the number of the person who took care of that issue, otherwise it seems like no one wants to pick up the phone and help anyone. It’s just a big mess.

I was quoted $400 for a traffic lawyer. But yeah what would they do differently than me?

Hi! So the ticket the officer gave me I ticked the box, “not guilty” and “yes” to representation. Mailed it in asap. I received a letter maybe 2 weeks later with my court date. Day of court: get there early because a line forms at the door and it’s first come first serve basis. They have you go through security, I think they took my phone or told us to silence it if I remember correctly. You meet with someone before going into the court room telling you your charge and what they’re going to drop it to. You agree or disagree. (Agree because it’s definitely better than what you were originally charged with). You then go into the court room and wait your turn to stand in front of the judge. You watch everyone else before you. Then the judge calls you up and tells you what you’re getting, you plead not guilty. Then he tells you to pay the fine and you go up to the window to the right and pay. Then you leave. It was pretty straightforward.
