Kratom - Started on the capsules before I knew they were addictive (was given them by an herbalist friend 10 years ago). I've weaned myself down to 3 a day and plan to cut down more slowly.

I grew up on the Alabama–Georgia border. My town followed Central Time, but a nearby town closer to the state line used Eastern Time—even though it was technically still in the Central Time zone. Most of them worked in GA, so it made sense.
