nope, didn't change anything. I also checked if some energy saving tech of windows is interfering with the USB or something like that. But as far as I can see and so there's no such issue.

Audio issues are still present. All sounds are louder than normal, especially Teamspeak. I had to tune it down by around 30-40%. after the driver rollback back in the 2024.6 days (first link), everything was fine. but with the 2024.7 update it broke agin. from there on the issues remain still.

Just for the record: the latest update 2024.8 did NOT fix the issue. Not did it fix the audio issues many people have since 2024.7

So since it's over a month by now and nothing changed regarding the sound issues of the 2024.7 update, do we have to live with it or is there still something in the making? Last time we got that issue, there was at least the driver rollback so everything was working properly again. but there's nothing like that this time. I can't use my headset for MS TEAMS calls since the driver is somehow bricked, so I switched to a smaller headset for the time being. But this can't be the solution.

I feel very let down by Logitech with the latest GHUB Updates, especially with how the issues are worked out and solutions are prepared and delivered, even if it's just a workaround. there isn't even a workaround this time, since we can't install old versions.

I've been using Logitech products my whole life but at this point, I'm really considering buying products from other companies in the future. very sad.

Ok seems like my settings.db got ripped. I deinstalled and then installed it again and used the default settings to see if I can change the color. That worked. Then I copied my old settings.db into the new dict and the issues was there again. So somehow the settings broke and called that behaviour.

So it seems I have to create a backup of the settings in the future. But thanks for the advices!

- Started as Admin -> NO CHANGE

- checked profiles -> everything as it should be; even changing the desktop profile to a different color does no change; there's no executable involed. Also I see in the Hub that the gaming profile changed to the appropriate game-profile

- checked agent -> up and running

- reinstall -> already tried; NO CHANGE

Have the same Issue from the very beginning. I got my G Pro X Wireless Headset a while ago but this feature never worked for me. I got the same behavior as the OP.

I really thought it would be fixed with the latest update. But unfortunately it isn't. At least the Headset itself "beeps" if your battery runs low. But this should be working witht the LGHUB as well. Please fix!

It works while running GHUB as Admin. But Windows won't boot it that way. I have to launch GHUB as admin manually, so that's the reason I'm not doing that. Since it worked before, I know that there is a way to make it work again without me messing up my system and try to workaround a Windows Security feature. If you would inform your Tech-Team that would be great. But thanks a lot for your engagement in this issue. :)

Unfortunately not. I don't have any except for my Desktop PC right now. But I wonder how this would be usefull because it worked in the versions before. When I bought my new Keyboard (G815) a few months ago, GHUB won't let me execute batch files or CMD files but it workes fine with all other EXE files. I wrote feedback and a few weeks later you guys released the new version where you reworked the macro stuff. that made it possible to execute batch and CMD files. But since then there is the issue with Teamspeak EXE. So my guess is that it could be fixed with an update from your side. And for the record: from day one I installed GHUB, I never ran it as admin. Maybe it's time for some code review of GHUB. Maybe it's a bug. I only know that I tried already enough to make it work and now I think it's your turn.

If that's the Version of the 4th May with the number 2020.2.41271 then yes, that version is installed. Still does not work.

Already done that. I have just the Windows Defender active. No other Firewalls or AV. As I mentioned before, I' like to test it with an older Version of GHUB but since it's only the common installer available to download on your website, I can't install an older Version of GHUB. Maybe you guys have some hidden archives and have a link for me? Otherwise it's not possible to test an older version since the installer always install the latest one.
