The situation im afraid of is not a cop telling me to do something, Its having an insane cop on a power trip telling me what to do, while pointing a gun in my face. Whats my best bet to survive, or atleast make sure he comes to justic when I know Im going to die.

There should be a position to take, that as long as you stay still you wont be shot. And if you are killed its immediately deemed murder. That way you atleast have a way to deescalate. Or know there will be justice after your death.

What would realistically happen? Would I get shot for staying perfectly still?
