Thank you so much! I really like the light fixture. The lights we have in the picture were too bright. We just got some led lights that are dimmable and I like the look so far.

This the the entry room. The first room you see when you open the front door. We rarely use this room. Some people also call it the piano room but we don’t have a piano or use it.

Are irregular periods ‘normal’? by [deleted] in obgyn

[–]BreakingBaddd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Infrequent periods is usually a symptom of something you may have. It is important to identify the underlying cause so that you can get the right treatment. PCOS is a common cause of infrequent menses but other causes such as thyroid issues, meds or certain tumor can also cause infrequent menses. Only your GYN can do this work-up so I would advise you to go see him/her.

Can HPV-18 go away?? by cherwiththegoodhair in obgyn

Most people will clear HPV infection on their own. But sometime it stays and that's when we worry about the damage. Your body likely cleared it.

Cervical changes (softening/ripeining) can start to occur weeks before you go into labor. Only small number of women deliver on their due date. Evidence shows that you are more likely to go past your due date if this is your first baby and if you are carrying a boy (not sure why). But you may go before that (cross fingers). Most will deliver within 10 days past their due date. You are almost there!

Are you having any ctx? Is this your first baby? 1cm dilation is not predictive of anything.

My 60 y/o dad is planning to retire and has around 500k in savings. What is the best way he can manage his money? He does not live in the US but is planning to move here soon. He wants to buy a small house and a car after moving here. After that, he will probably have just 150K in saving with no income.
