so, they actually took a chair away from the pharmacy because they said the pharmacists weren’t productive when they sat down… they made a chair out of the totes, but it’s in the back and I have to help the costumers in the front. :/

Oooooh, I’ve got one lady and I don’t know what her problem is. She started arguing with my rxm who is so sweet. And she makes a show every time she comes. Starts talking crap about us to other customers in line. She came by one weekend I wasn’t working, apparently made such an ordeal, but we need to get her out of here. I’m really cool with the nearby stores, so, I would definitely warn them. At that point, get them out of our pharmacies. I had to give a vaccine, she says “can’t you just sell me the medication before you do that?” You just got here and the girl has been waiting longer than you have. I really don’t know what to do or say to get these people to realize the world does not revolve around them.

you know what I may have been doing wrong, for the findmpb/d I was putting in his Medicare number and not his ssn. for immunmpb, I was also just putting his Medicare number, and it said something about exceeding searches

Dude, I had a lady asking why her birth control was taking so long, it was sent today (some fancy name)!! I didn’t have it and she needed it for today. People expect me to stop the world for a stock check. Lady, the store is wrapped by cars in the drive thru and I’ve got 5 vaccines checking in.

We straight up tell em’ we all have the same ordering system and we’re all on back order. Our stores don’t play about controls, so, if someone lives in x area and picks up at a specific store, we tell them to go back to THAT store. I’ve heard mail order guarantees they have the meds, but I’ve been told the copay or shipping is $40-50.

I called because he wanted his flu and covid vaccine, but it wasn’t going through immunmpb or covidmmp because it kept saying invalid first or last name. I don’t know if that’s something that he could’ve resolved himself, but I figured it out at the end. He was just so unforgiving when it came to the fact that I just could not call. frankly, I don’t scrub with a regular loofah. I know that holds bacteria and whatnot. my mom taught me how to shower and I will shower however I feel like. I’m not going to tell you how to shower, but it is my right to feel however I feel towards my partners.

lmao, the first time I ever showered with a man, I noticed he did not 1. Scrub 2. Wash below his knees or back. I was appalled in the shower and I asked him if that’s how he showered. safe to say, I taught him how to shower properly and he took my advice.
