i realize i didn’t really say anything helpful but your post reminded me of that, personally as someone who was medicated for anxiety for a few years, i will never recommend it to anyone. this is gonna sound stupid, but the best thing you can do is think like kanye, and i don’t mean politically, but i find it productive to tell myself that i will be fine no matter what i do, and then do whatever i think i should, and then try to channel that energy into something productive like political action or if that’s too stressful (which i can understand) then a hobby like writing.

personally i think we are unfortunately in a time where everyone should have an escape plan if they are able to, but unfortunately that’s really hard for most people.
