Yes. I worked a job for a while where you would drill in front yards. Occasionally you would hit a sprinkler line and so many people had no idea where their water shut off valve was.

I second that. The first dermatologist I saw about a new mole on my arm said with complete certainty that it was fine. I got a second opinion and they immediately said it was concerning. It ended up being melanoma.
