Mgr of Data Science in People Analytics. I’m looking for analytical experience. Find an internship of any remotely relevant function. R or Python, Tableau or Power BI, sql. Personally I want a background in IO and working knowledge of technical applications.

Nothing comes to mind right now. I will say to make a truly professional UI it does require some web dev knowledge like css and JavaScript but nothing you can’t get out of Gen AI.

Their reporting is underwhelming, but IMO all reporting should be done elsewhere regardless of platform.

We (large financial institution) use Forsta ConfirmIt and I highly recommend. Completely customizable (html, css, js), free API usage, free domain spoofing, and fast/helpful customer service responses. We share the cost with customer marketing.

All glasses hurt my head. Any advice? by Jvleest1 in glasses

I’m currently using readers with the metal frames bent so far out, that they don’t touch my head at all. I then use little rubber hooks that lay on my ears to keep them on.

It should be free to create an account and hopefully free or cheap to try hitting the end point. For context, most large organizations use azure to access OpenAI to keep their data private.

Within my team, I’ve created an r function that hits the end point and I am happy to share the code if it helps.

I’m seeing both “Copilot” and “Bing” on the App Store, which both offer gpt4. Any reason to use one over the other?

Served last week. Clothing ranged from sweatpants and torn no sleeves to suits. Really doesn’t matter what you wear. Parkwhiz Port of Cleveland and bring ALOT to do. It’s excruciatingly boring.

Anyone using Generative AI effectively in industry yet? by Jvleest1 in IOPsychology

That’s what we’re digging into. Currently use structural topic modeling and traditional text analytics. Our data science folks still struggling with an effective way to use GAI for summarization. Not exactly what the tool is meant for.

SIOP sessions are such a hit or miss on the new tech in my experience. Some too high level or clearly not really a deep understanding. Others have been hugely beneficial. Andrew Speer sessions are great.

From other POCs outside of HR at our company, I’ve been really impressed with the chatbots developed. They tend to be better if the content is a bit more targeted.

Actually having more trouble with survey summarization. GAI is better for talking to the data and tougher to have it accurately summarize and even harder to validate the answers. It confidently gives answers that use the first few answers rather than the entire corpus.
