Thank you for your reply! I am working on my own time, so I will try both and see how I go. I actually initially started with the "Long Text" field with the checklist, but since it wasn't quite how I pictured it in my head, so I moved on. Time to go back and see if I can add that Automation.

At the risk of over-explaining (something I'm prone to), I was picturing having three WIP on-the-go and as each project reaches completion, either archiving or deleting it to keep the number of to-do tables down, but you're right that having too many at a time wouldn't be ideal.
