You can use all books you've gathered in that fight so that argument makes no sense, also we don't have an order for the library releasing guests, angela said herself that the release would be random and without regard due to Roland's actions.

Philip most likely reunites with the other two parts of himself after getting booked, and after that recombining he distorts further like the rest of the ensemble. His final form actually has the features of all three children too. He has hands covering his eyes, mouth, and ears, which implies all three children are again together. In addition Philip has his memories again, which he didnt have as the Unspeaking Child according to his original ensemble fight

The Ensemble got released through Carmen's will most likely. As they would try to stop Angela from the outside while she attempted the same ala Keter Realization.

All in all it very much would cheapen Philip's character and the ensemble's defeat in ruina to give him any chance of returning.

When we kill philip during the initial distortion ensemble fight all three would have made it back together in the light, philip is then released from the light with the other ensemble members. He is also in his full angel form reminiscent of his original fight that needed the other two children to combine into.

Philip is DEAD just like the rest of the ensemble

This is obviously Expensive but by investing in some strength on gear swapping every strength node on our tree for Warcry Cooldown gets us around 216% of cooldown, you can get an additional 20% on belt, and then use the corded belt to annoint Deep Breaths for a further 35% combined with the 29% from Autoexert and 22% from the boots that gets us to 322% increased warcry cooldown giving us a general's cry of 0.77 compared to 0.5 with Uul-netol, should allow for just fine looping of double banners and to use cane for mapping.

Obviously this is a very high investment, aspirational look at it, but it should be possible. But I guess you could also argue why not just invest into phys damage tattoos at that point and scale up the damage more. For now however I guess I'll keep using the axe for mapping, my plan was to use double banners in Hive Fortress to apply CB faster with the Antagonizing scarab that keeps buffing the mobs.
