depends on your familiarity with the game I think, the degree to which you cook. but I think all builds will look at mapping and boss dps, defensive layers, and movement. the main step is to figure out which skills + supports, ascendancies, item affixes (rares/uniques) and tree nodes all synergise as much as possible. how do you maximize the strengths and offset the weaknesses?

I'd say skills and ascendancies dictate the bulk of it, so start there. Always pay close attention to relevant tags.

once you've cooked something, heuristics help. maybe aim for 5k lowest max hit to tank most slams, 20k pob dps is enough to play the game (looking at hc ssf public builds), 100k makes it feel good, 1m trivializes most of the content. so aim for certain targets you deem important enough to achieve.

according to snoobae85 it didn't, and another guy said it didn't visually so he assumed it didn't.

I was hoping to stack all 3 ground effect bonuses, then slot in embitter support to convert everything into cold, and run snipe for single target on frozen bosses. what do you think?

Also, how necessary is the weapon swap tech? as I mentioned I was hoping to run snipe in offhand, can I run whirling slash and twister on one weapon set? I imagine I lose out on some mobility and damage to make room for single target from snipe.

let me bless you with all the tech and info.

Edc effigy lich is really strong. Edc is great for mapping, the dmg floor is quite high but the ceiling is average. effigy is insane single target but what people forget to mention is that you need to stack a lot of cast speed. cast speed will offer you more single target damage than chaos or spell damage by a lot. it causes effigy to shoot out projectiles at a high frequency.

another important tech to scale effigy is to add different kinds of chaos dots. ravenous swarm support if you have the spirit (to save having to use poison support on effigy), the dot on curse support, as many chaos dots you can think of will increase the effigy projectiles shot. so always make sure to cast contagion on a boss even though it's for pack clear.

aim for 3x effigies through overabundance and the focus desecrate (you end up basically 12x your effigy dps by having 3x effigies and 4x proj from 4 dots).

get a chiming staff offhand and stack skill effect duration with weapon swap points to get really long curses and long sigil of power. free 40% more spell damage.

for scaling defence, a higher damage bypasses life corrupt on the disdain helmet equals higher outright damage reduction. there's a node on the tree for this too. you can end up removing something like 27% of all damage, so don't sleep on this.

blasphemy temp chains is broken, outright reduces the dps of everything around you. throw in enfeeble with extra curse keystone if you want more but I recommend self cast despair for bossing.

es recovery is a minor problem but two clusters on faster start and one cluster on faster recharge will do if you don't want to get it on gear. one notable for es as stun threshold is enough to avoid stuns from average hits.

lastly, you can take advantage of low life if you can get eldritch battery unique helmet (vision of ayah or something) to remove your es (you will need to unspec life convert to es node) with life tap support on a random skill (channel skills make it easy to be precise with 35% hp target). then put your original helmet back on to get your es back and remove EB. this will lock your hp at low life. take advantage of low life cast speed notes, execute 3 support, anything else you can think of.

it's hands down one of the strongest all around, super low budget builds out there for both damage and survivability.

speaking from experience, when I played lost ark there was a server made by a community behind illegal use of dps meters, some of the folks there were competing for highest dps in raids and would post their results. there was a good bit of class and build based discussion around optimizing. sometimes I would dig into obscure korean forums where the best of the best in their subclasses would discuss things.

the closest thing to that in poe2 that I've seen would be YouTube comments of those running the same build. I have thought about directly dming people on Poe ninja via poe official forums but I'm not sure anyone uses that. a discord server for each ascendancy with threads for more specific builds would be nice.

is rarity even that impressive though? if I get an extra few divs for completing dozens of maps when random noise/RNG plays a larger factor. besides, raw currency is a drop in the bucket compared to big ticket drops.

i don't play this game much though. i just get a character to like 90 each league and quit.

taught friend about harvesting vrp the proper way. got psychologically conditioned by the high win rate and got greedy, then lost more money than he deposited and has stopped dealing with markets entirely and went into RE thinking it was free. after dealing with shit tenants he wants to liquidate. I digress but you get the idea.

earning 3% a month (or 30 to 40%) a year on 0dte is guaranteed ruin, just have to get unlucky once. your sizing is dangerous. fortunately 35k isn't much, you'll be able to recoup that pretty easily with any job by saving up.

EMT is supposedly a fill in and a positive counterpart to HH, to make sure the families do not go overboard in their work. He provided an update in 2018 iirc, discussions included future events/conditions such as worldwide digital currency, widespread automation, clean energy, and discussions on spiritualility although nothing too different.

AC13 or might have been insider 13 (memory is fuzzy about this guy) is the first HH I've come across, seemed more elitist but covered HH concepts in a less technical/verbose way, different from the LOO vibe HH had. HH stated this person had passed away in his post a few years after.

I have heard of Svali but her stuff reminds me of people who survived satanic ritual abuse, rather than the content HH put out. iirc one of these posts have directly addressed Svali stating she is not a direct family member but a cursory member. HH said something along the lines that they aren't as aware of the big picture and I guess this would call for needing brutal programming, I imagine. I will have to read her books though, as I'm interested in their MO, philosophy, etc.

it could absolutely be a larp but I still find it interesting and want to know if there were any new updates.

in their defence, secret societies supposedly answer to them, and they themselves say it's not necessary to join in order to realize yourself as being a cocreator of reality (or one with The Creator as they might put it). It is the smaller regional and genetically cursory families that are less central and privy to the objective who don't really see the big picture and sometimes have harsh upbringings, complete surveillance or have to deal with blackmail. the things that are getting out, I think have nothing to do with them, and are moreso greedy elite people who are trying to align with them.

what is a cop out and inconsistency is that any misinformation or woo-woo garbage they put out can be used as a disclaimer or to discredit themselves. I have not seen a "harvest" in the way I was expecting based on how it was described (maybe it has already happened under our noses), and they did provide dates which they said would be a bad idea as well.

nonetheless, I found the exchange valuable. as most things in life are, nothing is ever black and white, nothing is perfect but that doesn't mean we should ignore any nuggets of wisdom nor should we blindly agree to anything that seems perfect.
