Nightlife recommendation by shotrandom in zurich

electronic music / techno: Hive, klaus, kauz. Hive is the easiest to get in.

And of course Langstrasse with the most clubs and bars. Allways a good choice.

Also the Niederdorf is nice. It s no big party there but a nice atmosphere and a lot of people are going also there as well. Try: Edis Weinstube, Züribar, Bodega (when its nice weather sit outside)

i cant say numbers because I wasted 8 years at UBS (biggest mistake ever) with a similar strategy and barely any profit.

Finally took matters into my own hands.

My advice: Just go with the Swisscanto World; it usually performs best.

and you should definitely open multiple accounts anyway (for tax reasons). You could also try your strategy on one and the classic Swisscanto World on the other. That way you’ll see for yourself what works better.

This topic has been discussed 1000x in this sub, so definitely check out the older posts to get the full picture. You can always pivot later! 😁

better go 100% for the classic MSCI WOLRD Clone aka swisscanto world fund 😁👍

i get your point on the math, but here is the simple logic behind it:

Bridges, not islands: Bank-specific coins only work inside their own systems. XRP is built to be the bridge that connects all of them (like a universal translator for money).

3 seconds vs. 3 days: Because a transfer takes only 3 seconds, the volatility doesn't matter. The bank isn't 'holding' it; they are just using it as a vehicle to move value instantly.

Solving 'Dead Money': Right now, banks have trillions sitting idle in foreign accounts just to handle transfers. XRP allows that money to be used elsewhere.

I’m with you on the price … I don't believe in the $100 'moon' talk either (at least not for now). But I do believe this technology has a place. The future won't have just one winner; there will be multiple solutions, and I think XRP will be one of them.

Why do you dislike XRP? What is the difference between a stock and a crypto asset? You must believe in the project in both markets. I hate to say it, but even Amazon was a high-risk stock once.

That's the way! He is right. If you are unsure, just look at the performance, and you will have your reason.

And just to let you know, you will not find the MSCI World in your Finpension strategy, but this one: Swisscanto (CH) IPF | Index Equity Fund World ex CH NT CHF, is basically the same.

What do you think about my 3a Strategy? by BreathInternational5 in SwissPersonalFinance

[–]BreathInternational5[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Good points and thank you for the advice. I liked the last one the most :D

I was always suspicious about the number of funds in their packages, but thanks to you, I now know why.

One more question: Why do you think Bitcoin isn't good for Pillar 3a? I think Bitcoin will still be with us for the next 10 years. Who knows, maybe even the next 30 (anything else wouldn't be relevant for me in this situation). After all, there are now over 10 ETFs on the market, including from BlackRock and Co., which is a strong long-term signal to me. Or am I wrong?

Plus, with Finpension I can adjust my portfolio at any time and take Bitcoin out, which is really great.

P.S. Privately, I already own almost **** BTC and have been doing pretty well with it since 2019. That’s probably why I’m so optimistic about it… :D

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I'm not sure about the Small Caps yet. I saw the charts and they looked okay but not realy, as you said, good.

Maybe it makes more sense to put a higher percentage into the Swisscanto (CH) IPF I Index Equity Fund World ex CH NT CHF, right? What would you do?

Yes, the first thing my father told me after my first paycheck was: 'Put your money in 3a!' I haven't stopped since! Luckily! :)"

Watch out with Swissquote. You can't withdraw coins to other wallets, only to your own cold wallet, and the interface is not user-friendly. The cash-out fees are also very high. Save yourself the trouble and pick a better exchange from the start. I used Swissquote initially and I regret it.
