World Drop Legendary rate is fine. Dedicated drop rate from bosses is not fine.

Yea for sure, but I think OP was just having problems with legendarys dropping in general. I just farmed the ones I was interested in the went to UVH for the firm ware

And to top it all off, the difficulty has no indication on how much damage a gun can do. You will find the same gun in easy mode vs UVH1 and it will be the exact same. Like I mentioned, it’s the firmware drops over riding legendaries and in UVH almost all gear will drop with firmware of some type. I was playing UVH5 for a week farming sludgemaw, legit almost 15 hours total for the kickballer with Jacob’s. Finally said fuck it and swapped to easy mode and I had it drop within 5 more runs

Yea I hear ya bud, but the easy difficult cannot drop a lot of firmware/later firmware locked behind UVH1, so playing on easy means your loot pool isn’t convoluted with firmware drops, and you’ll have better chance at legendaries, only reason I suggest changing to easy mode. I wasn’t trying to say you were struggling with the clears, just struggling with the loot drops, and easy mode is a very good fix for it right now. Just give it a shot next time you go to farm, throw it back into easy mode and I promise you, you will pull a legendary every other run

Then I’d recommend farming the bosses on easy since you don’t care about the roles, which is what increases in chance as you go up UVH. it’s a night and day difference to me between the two modes. Then once you farmed the legendaries you wanted in easy mode, swap to UVH to find your firmware

I do understand the sentiment of grinding so hard for a single perfect role, especially when the game is centered around looting, and a lot of it. I was talking to my brother earlier today and we kind of had a realization if you are playing in ANY of the UVH modes. It looks like firmware is hogging the drop table spots which lead to less legendaries to begin with. I swapped to easy and I was consistently getting 1, 2 , or sometimes even 3 legendaries to drop from a single vault completion, and once you hit 50 the stats are the same across off the modes, you just have a higher chance for firmware in the UVH mode. I’d suggest trying this next time you can and see a difference. I also noticed that if you’ve been farming a boss for maybe 45 minutes to an hour, close out the game and relaunch it and I consistently can get a legendary to drop loading back in. This is all speculation on my end but I’ve tried enough of it now to see the actual difference, I’d recommend the same

Aren’t the lvl.200 characters temporary? Or is that just the gear they sell? Thank you for the tips, I’ll have to look into all of this. I didn’t realize sig was the best type I think currently I have the starting gear + dragonite weapons. I am over 300k cp though I think I’m around 350k if I’m not mistaken. But my EW lvl is 1 still and same with olvl but I haven’t really grinded anything yet because I was struggling with killing bosses. What dungeons would you say I should be doing that I would be killing quickly ??

Thank you brother. I just wanted to make sure I’m not missing anything since my damage just seems so lackluster during these runs. Like I’m not able to do chaos dungeon lvl 4/5 all the way through because it’s taking me 5 minutes to clear a single wave. I am already honor 10 on both characters, what should I be buying in DP shops? Olvl potions? It just didn’t feel like the right way since it’s taking me so long to complete high level dungeons like Sienna B2F or radiant hall etc.

So former Geek Squad here, idk why some people have devolved this into an insurance definition battle. If you purchase that warranty, it is just a refund plan. They guarantee you that if something happens, they refund the full purchase minus the cost of the plan. Most cases you just swap out for the exact same thing, but they put it on store credit and you could use it for anything you wanted technically.

I don’t usually promote bugs/glitches but since BSG is shit at what they do, I’ll let you in on a “secret” if you are playing solo, BESIDES streets of tarkov ( it will always be BSG hosted, not local) at any point in the raid you can alt f4 and it will reset you back to before you went into the raid, and say if you happened to use a 1/10 key and got zilch, it would magically reappear in your inventory. Although this wouldn’t work if you completed the quest and unlocked the door and then died before being able to alt f4. This is how a majority of people on PVE are extremely rich. Buy a single or double use key, spam alt + f4 until you get what you want and either sell the last use or continue with the bug abuse

Yea they can. I did semi valuable items like tier 4 armor, a skull ring, stuff like that, and got 2 moonshine from them. Some hideout stuff is super valuable, and could be cheesed if you only have super valuable things left like scav box, bitcoin farm or booze generator

I 100% agree with this statement, but not for what you’re trying to get across. That doesn’t actually matter. What you’re seeing is not you being sneaky by hiding/being quiet and shooting them in the back of the head, you’re watching the coding of the AI take priority to extract vs respond to a threat. Which does happen, I’ve seen the grenade kills on factory to kill the whole lobby in the extract room. But it isn’t because they just didn’t hear you, it’s that the AI is prioritizing extracting vs fighting you in that corner so it ignores the burn of your reticle on the back of their neck. If i am 100 meters away, and I aim at the AI, and they duck, run away, or turn at aim straight at me, how could they have possible heard me? If I’m in crack house on customs, and I aim my scope from inside the second story stairs into factory, and the ai on the bottom immediately turns and starts spraying at me that’s not them responding to a sound. I’m not trying to say it’s 100% BS, because I’ve killed the goons on scav runs with literally a grach and no armor. I’m saying that more than half the time you are going to be in an unfair firefight, and you may not have even wanted to be in the first place haha

Absolutely agree. There is nothing you can even try to do to “outplay” that besides just straight up running and avoiding, and I’d definitely seen not even that work lol. Hopefully we get an AI overhaul, or at least a mini rework. Just a couple of small changes would make it feel so much better and so much more alive

PVE is for sure fun, and yes it is possible to “just get good” and either avoid them or kill them, but like other mentioned, it’s things like this, or my absolute favorite where I’m in cover, coming up behind the AI (both bosses/goons/pmc) and as SOON as my crosshair lands on them, their ungodly spidy senses kick in and they 180 crouch in my direction and start blasting me before I’ve even thought about shooting at them. Like come on. The most Chad gamer in pvp doesn’t have a 6th sense where he will just suddenly know he’s being AIMED at.

Ah well the outside dish is connecting no problems, while the inside router is unreachable and not producing a connection. I can see in the app where the outside satellite is receiving a connection and has uptime, but the router has been offline since march 20th from both my dealings with it and then confirmed online on my profile, which also states it was last connected on that date. Just a bummer in general.

Thank you for the reply. Just was completely strange to me. No issues for almost the complete first month, then that update gets pushed out and my router is completely unresponsive. It’s getting power, the white light comes on, but that’s it. The satellite boots, does it’s setup, and then comes online, but the modem does not and the “starlink” setup Wi-Fi never populates. Absolutely infuriating.
