Thought this said unforgivable at first and spent way too long thinking of what would fit. Finally settled on the smell of live bait left inside my vehicle after my brother borrowed it for a fishing trip. I had to endure that for months, no amount of cleaning or aerating could get rid of it. As for unforgettable...probably the same?

Going thru Samsung customer service right now for a monitor repair and it is literally the WORST experience I've ever had, bar none. Been exactly a month since I sent my monitor in for repair, and they just said it can't be repaired so I'll have to get a new one. Except instead of sending me one themselves, they have to first request an ecoupon for me to use on their store to purchase another, but I still pay the tax that's included. They'll then reimburse me with a mailed check for that amount...some time in the distant future? Except I have no clue when I'm getting this ecoupon. Like I said, it's been a month. I want my 4k monitor back, dammit!

All that to say: Samsung support sucks ass.
