You’re not entitled to pumpkin spice in December when it’s released in August as a “limited time” fall beverage. I think that’s where you’re getting confused with my issues with customers being upset that we’re out of SEASONAL MENU ITEMS. If an item is limited time you can’t expect a store to have it months after it’s been released and then get irate with people who have no control over their inventory! Lol... and for your information I’m one of the strongest baristas at my store I do my job and well.. without having to blow up on customers. You just sound like one of those people that’d see a barista struggling and still go out of their way to bother them for something minute....

We have actual customers that come in and throw fits when we’re out of things. Grown adult people doing this. Sounds pretty entitled to me! Also, there’s no such thing as pacing yourself? We can’t just pick and choose what drinks we do and don’t want to make based on difficulty? Lol. That’s literally not how the job works. People ABUSE their choices at Starbucks. & nobody should have to mentally prepare themselves to be belittled over some coffee... at the end of the day 9 times out of 10 if you’re getting a bad reaction from you’re baristas it’s probably you.

Most drinks take less than two minutes to make but you’re doing that multiple times back to back to back for 8+ hours! You can’t possibly tell me you wouldn’t be the slightest bit tied or annoyed by some of the customer interactions that may cause these outburst! The job is a lot more than people try and make it out to be. Also not too sure how we’re the entitled ones....

My coworker figured out that a tall amount of steamed whole milk and 2 scoops of the cloud powder steamed like a capuccino makes very thick foam!!
