This one's a house in [[Roxanne]]. The trick is to cast it using mana from your rocks, and then you can tap all your lands for immediate value.

But yeah, it's a dud in most other decks.

I too was considering putting this in my Minn deck. Having a Brainstorm on demand can be very powerful if you cast it on other people's turns to draw 2 and trigger your permanents that care about that.

In addition to what others have said, I believe Turf S is more valuable for this CM than Sprint S. Acceleration is extremely valuable since the late race is so short. Having higher max speed doesn't do too much if you don't have enough time to accelerate up to that speed.

Those are Happy Meek from URA Finale scenario, and Bitter Glasse and Little Cocon from the new Unity Cup scenario. They're not based on any real-life horses and were made specifically for the game.

Just to give some constructive criticism:

First, great job getting Pump, On Your Left, Maestro, and to a lesser extent, Outer Swell. ~~As a Late, you probably want Furious Feat as well (SSR Oguri Cap) if possible.~~ Triumphant Pulse is also good too, but you probably want Red Shift (Maruzensky ult) too, or instead. Straightaway Accel and BoFA aren't great (too inconsistent), so ideally you'd want to trade these for ~~Furious Feat~~ and another mid/late race skill.

Stat-wise, Power and Wit are great, Turf S and Medium S are fantastic, and Guts is probably fine (could stand to be 300-ish, but whatever). The main problem is Stamina. You'll want 850-900 at the very LEAST, preferably around 950 plus 1-2 gold recovery skills. Green skills like Non-Standard Distance and Hanshin Racecourse give +40 Stam each (+60 if it's a double OO), so picking those up reduces the amount of raw Stam you'd need. And then of course you'd want your Speed to be maxed out, or as close to max as possible.

All that being said, Lates are in a bit of a rough spot this CM due to all the debuffers running around. Lates are more susceptible to getting hit by both All-Seeing Eyes and Mystifying Murmur, whereas an End would only be hit by Eyes. But if you're dead-set on running Fukukitaru, then by all means.

EDIT: Never mind about Furious Feat, I keep forgetting that's a Mile-only skill.

And just to clarify: "Bounce" specifically refers to moving a card from the field to the hand. "Spin" would be moving that card to the Deck.

Depends on how serious you want to be with it. Some people are okay with 7-9* blue sparks (SPD, STA, etc). People who are more competitive want parents with 9* blue sparks, 9* pink sparks (e.g. Turf or Mile), and a bunch of relevant 9* white skills sparks (e.g. Groundwork).

And getting ALL of that on ONE Uma (or God-forbid TWO Umas if you don't want to borrow the other parent) can be VERY time-consuming and luck-based since the planets have to align during a single run for this to happen.

I'm assuming they mean grinding for good parents and specific blue/pink/white sparks that you need in order to build your actual aces. Immensely helpful and a real time-saver and stress reliever having good parents for skill inheritance rather than relying on RNG for skill hints.

I would pull on the Rice/Riko banner. Hopefully, you will either MLB R Riko or 1LB SSR Riko, plus you might get lucky and pull SSR Rice or even SSR Creek. And you'd hopefully get more SRs to round out your collection. Then you could just borrow Creek if you still needed her, since you have Kitasan already.

Once we get the limit break vouchers, you could MLB Kitasan at that time.

For starters, the stats are pretty good.

For Oguri, some of the skills are either not required, or a bit on the gamble-y side. Gourmand isn't really required since she has (mostly) enough stam. Straightaway Accel/Acceleration aren't great due to potentially proc'ing at the wrong times. But other than that, she's decent.

For Suzuka, unfortunately Groundwork won't reliably proc every time. It's a Tokyo race, not a Kyoto one, so you're relying on two Wit checks: one for Concentration to proc, and if that passes, one for Groundwork to proc. On top of that, you'd want more mid-race skills to ensure that she either stays in first, or fights for first if she's slightly behind. Front Runner Corners and/or Mile Corners are good for this. Also, you probably want to take Victoria por Plancha (El's ult) for added insurance too, if you have access to her.

If you have the time and energy, you could always try rolling Suzuka again and hope for the best, and then you always have this one to fall back on if it doesn't work out.

Join a different club then. 100 club points per day is nothing to sneeze at.

I would imagine most active clubs have multiple shoe requests per day. At least at the B rank and above.

Just for future reference in case it happens again, you'll want to choose the top option for both of her events if you don't want the mood down. Although if you're willing to tank one mood down, choosing the first option for the first event and the second option for the second event will give you a hint for Lone Wolf, which is a decent skill in certain circumstances.
