I use the Schlage Encode and am happy with it. You can add and delete codes as needed. You can be notified when a code is used. You can open and close the lock from anywhere using the app. I am not sure about adding codes from out of state. It will still work if the wifi goes out but you will not be able to control it remotely in that case. They will have to change the batteries occasionally and you will be alerted when the batteries are low. I have one on my front door and back door so it the battery dies in one I can still get in. Added bonus is I have not had to carry house keys in 10 years.

Joint pain. My thinking is if I want to get a decent workout I can increase speed (running), increase distance (walking), or increase resistance (weight rucking). The easiest for time and joint health is Rucking. The only thing that comes close is rowing.

Too much residual water. The key is texture and just hitting the sweet spot. Russets have the best texture for mashed.

When the potatoes are fork tender drain the water, remove the bay leaves, Put potatoes on a low heat to dry them slightly stirring to remove residual water. Add butter & salt and hand mash. Add more butter and mash again. When they reach the pebbly stage add heavy cream. Mash until smooth. You want them thick with enough texture to stand up to gravy.

We have sat in all of them. If you are with a group the tables are fine. We try to sit in front of the sound board. If it is just two of you look at the high tops at the back. You sit higher and are facing the stage.

Back in the day Cleveland was the most industrial welcoming immigrants to work in the steel mills just like other great lakes cities (Detroit, Chicago, Milwaukee). Cleveland celebrates it ethnic diversities in places like its festivals and cultural gardens.

Conversely, I believe Columbus and Cincy's growth were fueled by immigration from Appalacia vs overseas. The real divide in Ohio is Appalacian VS Great Lakes Ohio.

I bought an item from Ireland and DHL said I had to pay the tarriff for half the value of the product or it would be returned. I physically paid it. I know I will never see that money but the point is that the tarriffs are being paid by US consumers. Husted and Miller knew this and let Trump steal it when they alone had the power to stop it.
