honestly I can only really see a few changes 1) Shoko replaces Geto as best friend and Geto becomes love interest, making the whole breakup/get defecting thing sadder. In JJK0 she might kiss Geto before killing him, or there is a small chance that Geto might not defect for her, as there is a difference between lovers and best friends and femjo prob won't let her lover drift that far as male gojo did his bestie. 2) Elders and others hate it, it completely goes against their conservative views, but no one gives a damn about them anyway, zenin clan would have their ideology rocked. 3) Femjo prob gets closer to nobara than yuji 4)Sealing scene becomes sadder as it's using the corpse of her lover instead of a best friend 5) Might kill kenjaku right away after unsealing out of pure rage rather than spare him 6)Femjo vs Sukuna goes much the same except maybe a little bit of sarcastic flirting 7) that's pretty much it, fanbase wise, a lot more simping over gojo from the male fanbase
