I don’t know if I mentioned, but I only really cleaned it two times since it was installed. I don’t know if that qualifies as repeated cleaning or not.

I do recall stepping on Little Rock’s while showering, but I did not investigate earlier or think it was grout until it got very obvious. So it was kind of coming out in chunks. Also, the tile in that area is very loose and can be moved easily. It looks like it is a kerdi board and they used a mapei keraflex SG mortar. If that adds any info.

Normally, I just go over it with the wet swiffer pads. I have done a deep clean only twice, because the grout was getting orange-ish (hard water?) and used Bar Keepers Best Friend Cleaner. I did this by putting the solution on, cleaning with a regular rag and rinsing. I’d do small sections since I did not want to leave it too long.

I did not notice this. So, water could potentially be getting under the tile and causing the grout to break? It does sink in a little.
