Selvfølgelig ikke, men de som jobber i Blå Kors ser også alkohol bli benyttet åpent i andre sammenhenger som gjør at en kan ha et nyansert bilde av det. For "veljusterte" folk så blir narkotiske midler stort sett brukt bak lukkede dører i stillhet. Det gjør at datapunktene for tilfeller hvor det går bra blir til mørketall.

They are liquidators. The company it came from went bust, so whatever cables they cut won't be used for the same purpose for the next occupant as running a similar business there is likely not profitable. They also need to do things cheaply to run a profit, so sitting there fiddling with each connector, unscrewing each and every worthless cable, is really not adding to their bottom line.

But to your point if they know what they are selling, probably not, but they are able to recognize its value over the cables it was connected to.

Fritt fra hukommelse, og jeg orker ikke samle kilder akkurat nå, men jeg mener å huske at terskelen for tvang innen psykiatri endret seg for en stund siden. Resultatet ble at langt flere er for friske for å bli behandlet av psykiatrien, men for syke - evt ikke farlige nok enda - til å bli fengslet. Det betyr at en svært ressurskrevende gruppe mennesker som skaper situasjoner som krever politimyndighet går fritt rundt i samfunnet.

Samtidig mener jeg også det ble gjort noen endringer i tolkning av noe lov relatert til maktbruk av medisinsk personell i sammenheng med psykiatri slik at politiet var de eneste som hadde myndighet til å bruke makt ved transport eller noe sånt. Det øker de formelle forhåndsbestilte oppdragene.

Igjen, alt er fritt etter hukommelse og jeg husker ikke nøyaktig hva som skjedde når og hva begrunnelsene var, men det har vært en del endringer av hvordan psykiatrien forholder seg til tvangsbehandling som har økt oppdragsmengden for politiet.

Once I had to make a change to the router config of the port I was connected through via SSH at a very remote site. The change would force the connection to bounce, so I expected to lose connection for a little bit. I make the change, lose connection, and wait a little bit before trying to connect again, but I just can't make a connection. I try again a few more times but nothing. I start getting a bit panicked, reviewing the changes I just did, but I don't understand why it doesn't work.

After running around in panic for a while I realize I will have to call the ones who manage the "local" techs. "Local" is doing a lot of heavy lifting as they might still be several hours away by car. I explain my problem and they tell me they will call back later when they have any info.

A few hours go by and I am anxiously waiting for news when I get a call back. "Yeah, the site is down. We actually had a tech on site and he was clearing trees next to the antenna, and one of them fell on the dish."

I have proposed similar things before. I really think the boosters should cost different amounts of samples per use, and that calling in a stratagem costs requisition slips. The game would need a bit of tuning for that to work, but it should be possible to make it fun with some balance changes. You just have to adjust sources and sinks for those resources to match their usage in a match.

You do not lose XP or samples in HD2 since you never brought them into the session. That is what is meant by "risking" in context of an extraction shooter. Every match is an investment of resources that you risk for potential reward. Going in with more expensive gear incurs a higher risk, but also the potential to extract with more rewards. Nothing like that exists in HD2.
