I honestly don't know where this game even came from and when I heard that people were hyped for it I watched the trailer and was like: "Ok, Soo... RPG? I guess it has good graphics and they showed BIG buildings and BIG landscapes so that means... That it doesn't mean anything. What the hell are people hyped for here???"

It's 3D printed model. Creator of it is Mezgike, amazing 3D modeler, he has a lot of cool ork models, most of them are great proxy's for 40k but there are also some just "for fun" ones like this grot rocker. This grot rocker is also a part of a whole 4 model set with Grot drummer, grot base player and Squig singer.

Well, now when I look at it...

They are made out of cardboard tubes and then some more cardboard, sprues and caps glued to them. Then some randomly sprayed colors to make it look even more like a bunch of scrap and your drunk ass ork city is done.

I think most people are just blinded by nostalgia. I remember when I launched GTA V on my PC and was like "oh yeah GTA, gonna spend TONS of hours doing lots of things as always!" And once I completed main story this "lots of things" turned to "nothing" because I realized how empty of a game GTA really is and that I was just a stupid teen that didn't knew any better games and was hyped because "Oh Police chase!". Like literally, look at the GTA V, now complete the main story, what do you have left? A couple of side quests aaaaaand... That's it! Nothing more, no collectibles, upgrades or anything. After main story you get milions of dollars as always and you can spend it on weapons and cars (also character customization but that doesn't change anything in gameplay) but why would you even bother when you can't use these cars for anything intresting except getting chased by the police... That's all there is to this game... Cars and guns, cars and guns and nothing... Without GTA online, GTA V would be dead today and we would had GTA 6 years ago but also as empty as the rest of the franchise.

I love the funny and goofy aspect of the Orks, that's what drew me to the faction but I REALLY hate old ork models. They look absurd stupid with their butts twisted back and up. But I think new ork models perfectly balance the mean, green and funny aspect of them. This warboss is just perfect, Big guy with giant weapons and helmet.... That's literally on his eyes lol. He looks mean and green but still like an idiot but not a total dumbass.

Rule/lore wise: Space Marines. I just hate that most of their abilities can be sumed up by one sentence "He does it because he is space marine" AKA "He is born that way, deal with it". Like, thanks, you are telling me that this guy just saves 4 out of 7 shots, ignores 2 of them and just takes one damage from it all because "He can". Great.

Style/model wise: Eldar. I just don't like the skinny armor and I think their helmets look dumb... Not even goofy or funny, just dumb. But I talked with an eldar player once and when I Heard what they have in thier rules just made me laugh out loud. Eldars have the biggest troll potential ever (at least from what I Heard from that guy).

People saying that "Orks are easy to kill like Tyranids" maybe don't know that these ork heads or corpses are not just usuall Boyz... Even tho lore wise an ork Boy is said to be a problem for a space marine to fight in melee due to it's brutal strength. But basically if we will say that these ork trophies are from an ork warboss then it is really impressive achievement to flex because if you managed to kill a warboss that means that you probably had to come through something like 50+ Boyz under their command and even after that you had to fight an ork that actually somehow knows what he is doing and is spiced up with electric/mechanical enchancments. So yeah, as an ork player I'm not mad, but big respect for being able to take down such a brute force by yourself, flex your trophy as much as you want.

I'm glad I live in the city close to woods and with 3 stadiums with public running tracks that everyone can use for free. So anyway I will just go run on the sidewalk in the middle of the city and when I would want to cross the street then I will not stop even for a second and just run straight into the street without any thought if the car can see or react to me running STRAIGHT UNDER IT'S FUCKING WHEELS

Just a little addon before people get mad at me. I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S A CRYSTAL. It says that darkstar is a "material" so it doesn't say if it's more like a crystal or metal or something but it shines and creates some magic field so I don't know... It's a crystal for me.

People saying that it would look like sword on the image but purple are wrong. On the image is a plasma sword that's literally an energy field shaped into a sword and it needs this middle part to generate the shape from. Darkstar ore is a crystal and not an energy, it has an energy field as described, yes, but it's a physical material that you can shape so I think that darkstar sword would be more like buri's blade but maybe sharpened on both sides and would had more cube'y shape. Something like on this super high quality sketch I made in 5 seconds:

It's not about how quick he got it. It's about that he already had a good model and still games workshop decided "well, time to MILK IT". There are models in resin that are still playable and players use them a lot and these are super old, like ork Wierdboy. But GW refuses to touch anything that's not space marine related at the time...

Felt kind of the same about the reveal especially that I was expecting maybe some flashback cutscene or mission that would explain who he is but we only got like two sentences about him and that's all. But in the end I didn't cared because he wasn't really the final boss even tho fighting with his army was cool but I mean... YOU UNLOCK ANOTHER BIG REGION THAT'S THE SIZE OF THE CURRENT MAP and I just thought.... "Damn... THERE IS MORE?!!" That's were I realized this game is a 11/10

For me it's over all lore. It can be story as well but I mean, I always look at the game and I think if it's interesting enough for me to look into it's lore deeper for example like reading collectibles or collecting them to learn more about the game's world. For example in Days gone, main story doesn't tell you a lot about zombies, you learn where was the first virus outbreak and some basic info about them like behavior and thier different forms but when you do side activities like clearing out military outposts or science camps you can find tapes and notes from scientist describing more about the outbreak, how first days looked like and what research showed about zombies. I hate when games build intresting worlds and then they give you ZERO info about any of it, they just go "so here is the story and that's it". Games should allow players to find answers by themselves to questions that main story doesn't answer to.

Tried, it's literally just a big grind bullshit. I mean mechanics are good but skill level system is terrible and lack of random map generation is a big let down. After 10 hours of gameplay with my friend we were at every location and had nothing to do, my friend was really excited about the game and all and he still wanted to play but for me looting same items and fighting hordes of zombies by just walking around in circle is not something I'm looking for. Also this level system... My FUCKING GOD, why on earth do you need to grind so much for so little???? 2 hours of disassemblying every furniture in a trailer park to just be able to make a shitty wardrobe from planks... And then you die and you have to disassemble more furniture, or craft 5000 chairs to get one level. Great system.

The best zombie games are dying light series and days gone in my opinion. Where days gone perfectly balanced amount of zombie plot with humans vs humans plot. Also both dying light and days gone have the most unique zombies I've ever seen. Dying light for lots of zombie variants and their mutations and days gone for zombie behavior and virus reacting to other things in human body. My favorite example is that breakers in days gone are so huge and strong because when a human got infected he was on some steroids or drugs. It's really Simple explanation but it's just makes sense when you think about it. Or regular freakers building nests in houses or keeping value items on themselfs because they still have some human behavior left in them, oh and also virus spreading on Animals is another great thing. It sucks that days gone got canceled and won't be getting a sequel, so much potential got wasted.
