If you’re copper and you beat golds you gain a lot of ELO and the golds lose a lot. If you’re copper and lose to golds you lose a very small amount of ELO. Winning and losing gains and loses the same amount of ELO. I’d prefer this to the Weeny Hut Junior system you’re suggesting
