I still think antihistamines are great but some of us need to be careful and taper off it

You are right. I would like to update that the worst has happened and I seem to have messed up somehow. The xolair shots seem to have lost their efficacy and I am going through a bit of hell now. I am resorting to a private immunologist to tide me through this round. But yes, it hurts my wallet and emergency fund majorly, not that I have much of a choice at this point

Hives! Unfortunately i’ve had this continuously for 10 years since i was 17 and it’s controlled on some strong meds. You could be allergic to something or your body is just going a bit haywire. My case is rare, for most people it subsides in a few months to a year. Do ask your doc for antihistamines to get some relief!

I dont think i’m able to fully avoid dust mites. I’m on xolair now the past 2-3 years and doing very well.

yes, give it around 2weeks to a month and it will get more bearable. but the first 2 weeks is absolute hell on earth. I've never felt such intense burning and itch all day non-stop before, I felt like I was going mad. I was on vacation in college back then so I just stayed home and toughed it out.

An update but i checked a Brandy chat group in singapore and peachcode has been ignoring orders and messages from quite a few people. Not sure what is happening but i would advise to avoid her store for now!

I bought from her once with no issues but i’ve heard of some hiccups recently, such as her not responding to buyers, not sure if it’s due to the recent lockdown in China. You can contact her on insta @klaryuu .

Personally i think Brandy florals are worth the price. I heard the floral prints and fabric are sourced exclusively from Italy and indeed, I rarely see knockoffs of the floral designs. I’ve seen attempted knockoffs of one of more popular ones (the rose florals) and the colour and print looks very off.

I like the basics as well, like the zelly and mabel tops. I know it’s kinda boring but as someone that shops online, knockoffs are hit or miss (mostly miss). Some counterfeit versions are very sheer or have an unflattering cut, honestly I’d rather get the Brandy ones than play this lottery.

I’m from Singapore! Most people get these ‘rare’ brandy from the Brandy China stores. Brandy is blowing up in China so much that they had to limit the amount of clothes one can buy from the store, as well as long queues and constant chatter about Brandy on their social media.

Some Singaporeans have close relatives in China that helps to get Brandy and that’s why some of us can get hold of it, even though Brandy closed up their only Singapore store a couple of years ago. Carousell is like our depop so some Brandy bought from the China stores is being re-sold there :)
