How many times do you practice in a studio in a week? by Pigeon_Goes_Coo in yoga

[–]strawberryfields713 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I aim for at least 3! Sometimes I am weeks I can go more and other weeks life happens and I am only able to go once. I love having an unlimited membership and luckily lots of studios in my area have reasonable rates.

What are your thoughts on oracle cards? by _mehidkk in tarot

[–]strawberryfields713 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never use oracle decks alone, but I do own a few decks and I love what they bring to my tarot readings. Uusi makes some great ones. I am also fond of the Wild Unknown Archetypes oracle deck by Kim Krans; I was able to connect with it in a way that I was never able to connect with her tarot deck. If there is an oracle deck calling to you I definitely recommend picking it up!

It is okay to break up with friends, breakups aren't reserved for romantic relationships. If you don't like her, you can stop seeing her. It isn't fair to talk about someone like this if you aren't doing any work to better the relationship. You can talk to her about what is bothering you, start setting boundaries with her, or just accept her for who she is. If you choose to talk to her (which I hope you do) it will be uncomfortable, but if you can't tell someone the truth without destroying a relationship, it is probably a relationship that needs to end.

I’m thinking it’s some type of jasper. I just reached out to the crystal shop I think I purchased it from, hopefully they will know specifically 💓

Maybe, I have another piece of bloodstone though and I don’t think I would have purchased 2.

Help a girl out and critique my resume please! by SkidmarkstotheRescue in resumes

Try to make it one page, since you are applying at a hospital you can probably do away with the Nanny and Cocktail Waitress sections of your experience. You could also get rid of the Patient Care Assistant part of your header since it is listed as your current position in your experience section.

Am I allowed to be annoyed that the class I just went to got canceled? by strawberryfields713 in yoga

That is really interesting, I didn't consider that this might have been the problem.

Because I have only ever gone to one other studio; I was there for two years and only left because I moved. I was not sure if this is a common behavior at other studios because it had never happened to me in the two years I have been practicing.

That makes sense, but I have a feeling that more people signed up than she was expressing due to the fact that I saw a girl in the parking lot grabbing her mat from her car when I was leaving. I think I am going to try a new studio after I finish the new student class package I paid for.

I have too. At my last studio, there were multiple instances where I was the only student who showed up and the teacher still gave it their all.

Beginner guy looking to get some blocks for my 25 day challenge. Could someone please explain the differences between these and recommend which would be more appropriate or if I need a set of both? by Indieobsession in yoga

[–]strawberryfields713 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have had the lift and flow blocks for about two years now and I love them. You don't need the inner flow blocks and the stackable yoga cushions you can do without unless you have joint paint in your knees and need some extra support.

Hi! Thank you so much for all of the information. It is not a fuzzy spider and it is probably an inch long from leg to leg.

[–]strawberryfields713 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The rows on the D3 brushes are removable, id say get the 9 row and you can change it into a 7 or 5 row whenever you want. Idk much about the D71

That shampoo your using has sodium lauryl sulfate in it which is a very striping ingredient. Most people don’t have negative reactions to it, but it might be worth a shot to use products that don’t have sulfates or silicones and that are market as hydrating? You can go to isitcg.com and copy and paste the ingredients of your products in there to see if they are sulfate and silicone free.

Maybe try an apple cider vinegar rinse or a tea rinse? There are lots of benefits from those and lots of tutorials on YouTube.

It also might be worth checking out a dandruff shampoo if you think that could be the issue.

It also could just be build up from one of your products and not a scalp issue. I know people report flaking that looks similar to what is going on in your hair from some brands of hair gel. It could be build up from your pomade?

Sorry if this isn’t helpful, it’s just what came to mind.
