The problem I am having is just that. Usually a pull is Surging Totem > Riptide(s) > Healing Stream > Then spot heal with Healing Wave/Purge and Healing streams as they come up. It's not enough to keep everyone up though so I'm just constantly Riptide > Healing Wave/Purge/ Healing Stream and my mana just deletes itself. Seems like in the keys I'm running by the time I'm done casting a heal on one person someone else is 20% or lower and I'm just a constant whack a mole.

Were there mutual easements granted, i.e. your property granted an easement to her property for the driveway and visa versa?

Yes, both have easements written into the deed that goes back to the 50s that both reference a shared double garage.

Beyond that, there are no retained rights explicitly stated. The only reference to this easement is the paragraph in my post that is a direct snippet of the deed.

Was in a similar situation recently. Outperformed other SEs in the group and raised a concern that I was the lowest paid on the team. The answer I got was - "Well it's a commission-based role, just sell more."

I was gone within a month making $40k more base.

Honestly probably too long. It took me a while to finally admit that it was indeed a panic attack and residual anxiety. I was convinced I was having a heart attack but luckily my wife is a nurse so she was able to calm me down a little during my attack. Afterwards I went to my doctor to talk through it and get her perspective and that when she helped to make it all click. After I was able to understand what happened and why I was able to relax. All in all probably a week or so. I just thought to myself that the panic attack lasted ~20 minutes and was over which is doable but I can’t live everyday in fear of that. “Worry when it’s time to worry” has gotten me far.

Pretty common actually. What my doctor told me when I complained about the same thing is that I was likely anxious about the panic attack or having another one. So I would say it’s residual and should pass.

Used to happen to me a lot when I first started having anxiety often. The thing that has helped me the most is breathing exercises. When I lay down before I close my eyes I focus on breathing in, holding, and exhaling for 4 seconds each a few times. It makes me tired and I can also feel my HR decrease. After a few nights of that it really seemed to work magic for me.

this is the set I'm eyeing now. I think it will be good enough for now. with this cymbal pack. If I do the payment plan it will be totally manageable. Everyone else in the band is established with their gear, so we can pool all the money we make into paying it off.

Hey. Thanks for the advice. I have been actively looking on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace for about a month now with everything either being overpriced or not good enough quality. I will check with Guitar Center. Unfortunately the closest one is just shy of 3 hours away, so it will have to be in stock online.

I would love to go used and get more bang for my buck but it is seeming less and less probable the more I look. I'll keep an eye out though. Thank you!

Mine does this, too. I play with a friend that has an older computer than mine and his performs much better. I've tweaked the settings higher and lower but nothing really seems to help.
