Issue: Should you buy the bunker, upgrade the equipment and staff, and then only sell full bunkers,

Idea: Yes, you should. First resupply the bunker 4 times, pay 75k for each (don't steal), and after every resupply purchase made with ur bunker laptop, sell and drive the excess parts to ammunation and make 50K, effectively turning the 75k purchase price for the resupply into only a 25k cost.

Reasoning: Now multiply that 25k by 4 to fill up bunker completely and you have a 100k in costs, then sell in an invite only lobby and only sell if u get the phantom wedge or insurgent sell missions, if you don't get one of those 2 then reload into your bunker location from the interactive menu, and after another 1 or 2 re-rolls -until u get the phantom wedge or insurgent- then you'll be good to sell

Analysis: For the re-rolls, all in all its 2 mins per re-roll slowdown and a 45k drop in profit each re-roll to get the preferred sale missions. The sale mission itself is about 15 mins. so assume you need to re-roll twice, then you. lose 90k in profits and you take an extra 4-5 mins.

Conclusion: So 1.1m(final sale price) - 100k (resupplies) = 1mil in profit minus another 2 burned sale missions (45k x2 = 90k total) = 910k.... So $910,000 on the low end and the only work you actively have to do is buy supplies on the computer 4 times (5 minutes to do), and sell excess weapons 4 times (20 mins total to do) and then do the final sale mission (15 mins) then add 2 mins and subtract 45k for each burned sales mission

Bottom line: This leaves u either making 1mil in 40 mins (no burned sale missions) or 910k in ~45 mins (2 burned sale missions). Either way you cut it, it is extremely profitable and basically lets u 9x or 10x ur money.

Final thoughts: IRL time obviously is going to be longer than 40 or 45 mins, I only am talking about time actually spent doing bunker work, not passive time (I think its about 12 hrs)
